improvement

imagine if there was a building where you could go to find the secrets of emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental improvement? actually, there is, it's called the library!!!

your local library is full of great books, magazines, newspapers, and audio visual resources. you don't actually have to sign up for some expensive, mail-order, self-improvement program. all you have to do is spend some free time in the library, this is something even i haven't done for a long time (however, i do spend time in book stores)

anyways, what i am trying to say is the self-improvement is a key to your personal growth, if you want to "move up the ladder", then you'll need to lean it against a a library or a bookstore. your librarian will take you to just the right section, or help you find the computerized source, to help you stay a step ahead of the crowd.

learn about the past in great history books, the triumphs and tragedies of the past will help you learn how to face the future. learn about the present, find out about the world you're living in, keep a newspaper in one hand and a good book on current events in the other. this way, you will know what is going on around you!!! don;t be naive to your surroundings, be alert, be ready all the time to act or re-act. this is one if the ways of improvement. have a nice day all of you !!!

quote of the day:

"Man's mind, once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimensions." by Oliver Wendell Holmes
