with a "crack", the ball hit the baseball bat and went sailing into the air toward center field. it seemed like it almost left earth's atmosphere, freddie ran back as fast as he could and positioned himself right underneath it. the ball came down fast, then it hit the tip of his glove and fell to te ground. angry about his error, freddie grabbed the ball, and out of frustration threw it as hard as he could, the ball went flying over the third baseman's head and rolled out into the parking lot. because he acted quickly and was out of control, freddie turned in the wrong direction. if he had controlled his anger or emotions, he would have known where he was throwing.
life is filled with frustrating moments, how you discipline yourself to react to them makes all the difference. if you react quickly and out of anger, you will probably "throw in the wrong direction". take time to think about the problem, and think about your reaction, cool down to pray and seek God for HIS wisdom and peace, by doing so, you will find that you will make fewer errors and have better discipline and control over your emotions. have a nice day all of you and happy FT days to some of you too!!!
quote of the day:
"Raised voices lower esteem. Hot tempers cool friendships. Loose tongues stretch truth. Swelled heads shrink influence. Sharp words dull respect." by William A.Ward
